The White-tailed Tropicbird aka the Bermuda Longtail has always been one of my favorite birds to watch. Graceful yet daring and not even remotely afraid of humans. If you have ever seen these beauties off the coast of many tropical islands you know what I am talking about.

Where I’ve been
Dana and I have bought our first home together, this is not a picture of it haha We have been working night and day the past month or so to get ready so I have had zero shooting time. It has been worth it but my shutter finger is getting itchy. Sorry for the lack of posts and interaction here, hope to be back in full swing after the holiday season.

I have just finished reading all of the great Icelandic Saga’s and I must admit the lessons were endless. My three favorites were The Saga of Grettir the Strong, Njal’s Saga and Egil’s Saga. The perfect mixture of history and Norse mythology with a side of old time story telling.
